I agree with your post and hit thumbs down on accident. Its been about six months since we've heard from Mr. Veel and an update with additional reassurance they plan to file along with an update on the state of the company would be nice. Maybe its not realistic but giving us something more specific such as stating they plan to file in July after the judge halts KBMs ability to convert HJOE shares would even be nicer.
