Not sure but IMO I think CT and the BOD would be held personally respsonsible for their actions. Obvioulsy Teco has no money so I agree it would be fruitless to consider a CA against it.
Again, something I have little facts on. But could be damaging to them if this drags out like it appears it just may.
I say as most shareholders would, all we want are the audits completed and trading again bringing some value to our investment. I would encourage the BOD to step up to the plate and take more control here.
