A CA will take years and years and unless it's contingency based the only winners will be the lawyers, assuming they'll take the risk on that basis. After all, where would the money come from to otherwise pay them or us?

I'm in a bank stock (illegal seizure) and it's been a 5 year saga. Settlement in rumored to be imminent. But there ARE actual funds available for shareholders, and they have been seriously eroded due to legal fees.

What's in Treaty's wallet? I doubt any BOD peeps past/present have any liability insurance either.
