CT obviously for his alledged use of funds Bull raised for something other than it's original purpose.
And anyone involved in the Reverse Merger and Reverse Split. That would be CT and the current BOD which allowed him to do it.
I know very little about the legal stats here so this is my opinion only.
All I know is we were suspended for being deliquent with the audits and CT had the money for them but used it for something else. Again, that has been posted only so I do not know. Maybe that is why the audits have been in Final Review for so long. Trying to hide the illegal use of our money from being discovered..
