Sadly I think they've already made up their minds on the RS. However, that will only reduce the toxic debt by 80%. So there's still an opportunity for the company to at the very least consider the 'Investor Option' to wipe out the rest. NO TOXIC DEBT!!! It may appear appealing at a time of need but damn it'll suck the life blood out of you kill ya in the end.
20% is still too much! Think about it this way, cutting off 20% of your body may be better than 80% but it still can kill ya and if it doesn't you're still 'F'ed up in a bad way. If NTEK isn't interested in the Investor Option, they'd better have a rock solid, no room for error plan to wipe it all out ASAP!
