Got it. I thought that this was already accounted for and it sounds like it would be only after RS. In this situation an investor loan could be even more favorable for the Company and possibly negate the RS. I wonder if there are any scenarios out there that somewhat mirror what is being considered...wonder what management response would be? Also, it would also be good to include something special to kill these cock roaches that are stealing our money.
