I can see your logic, but i am sure KBM's lawyers have been through the ramifications with them. A judge will only allow so many delays. They have a case log and do not like to prolong anything that doesn't have a legitimate reason for delay. The HJOE lawyers can have the case marked as "no further Postponment " if that hasn't already happened.
