I doubt it'll actually make it to trial either. I just tend to doubt it will reach a settlement this early in the process. The Kramer brothers probably think HJOE will give in like most companies do. When they find out HJOE is really serious that's when they may consider the ramifications of what could happen to them in a trial if they lose.
