It's not about conflicting beliefs...it's all about a correct sample in order to have a correct outcome...whether false or positive. The Gov's sample(ACA) was 20.3% from Q1-2012 to Q3-2013 total uninsured. The CDC's sample was 14.7% for 2012 .... 14.4% for 2013....and 11.5% for 2014.

If you do not see the major flaw with that analysis then you are are still sipping the kool aid. The Gov's analysis is 30% higher than the CDC's for 2012/2013

The 2014 Gov's analysis is yet still 30% higher. Amazing how the Gov's analysis if so much higher than the CDC's 50 year record of using a census via household data.

One thing is a given...more individuals are insured now than in 1997. Total uninsured in 1997 was 15.4% via CDC. Total uninsured in 2014 was 11.5%(14.4%-2014).

The most recent from CDC is here...and yet again...it shows lower uninsured percentages ..which is good(9.1% through Sept 2015). Interesting that it still matches that 30% difference in the Gov's numbers...eh?
