I do not think it will ever make it to a courtroom.
This pretty much sums it up. I've been there and received the same type of "lecture" from a judge. I'm just wondering if this loan may not wind up voided? If HJOE puts on the full court press and KBM realizes they overstepped their bounds and may get exposed, we could see an NDA agreement as another poster astutely stated where it looks like both sides won.
Either way, I still agree with your assessment weeks ago that we need to move forward with the full business plan and get this behind us as quickly as possible.
