Case is in the very early stages with ot a lot of specifics from wither side so nothing to really gleam per se. However, bis point on settling at the Federal level is accurate. Judges really dont want their courtrooms clogged. What shareholders need is a judge that gives KBM a stern warning to actively/aggressively find a solution
