What makes the end of this month different than any other month? If we don't get a "horse" by the end of the month what are you prepared to do?

Just wondering because I have constantly seen folks forecast when something should happen with DUTV and the dates always, always, always go by with no change.

I'm thinking that maybe since you have this brokerage account and have requested action on the certs they would have to respond by a certain time of face legal action from you.

Is that true and is that your plan?
