1 Million non self clearing might be a total loss...however I am prepared to let them collect more dust...
Others shares...well, depends on the price...
Legal action...nah...I am pretty sure things show up. No one likes answering to the SEC...concerning a irregularity in a Cash account...
Everything seem to have a place...however price might determine how fast it get there...
