It was right to take a stance, but this isnt a fight they can afford to pay for, for any prolonged period of time. Thats what i am saying.... I know what they did worked out in our favor, i am not complaining, I am concerned about the long term affect this could have. you never know what happens in a court room setting. what info is released or what is revealed. I hope that they have settled and all will be right in the world with the HJOE investment community.
