If HJOE hadn't taken this stance at the time they did. The bid price was $0.0001 and heading to zero. The noteholders were getting their shares at roughly a 50% discount to that. So there's a very good chance if the conversions would have continued a RS would have been done. In most cases that usually hurts the current shareholders. IMO for what it's worth HJOE made the right choice for us.
