I have been trying like crazy to find the reply to a tweet where they said they were not diluting... but for so far, no go... I do remember the proclamation (several times) where they said no buybacks (Boo!) or R/S (Yay!) in 2016, but I remember reading "no dilution" as well... but now that you mention it, I don't recall it as being for all of 2016, but rather a present-tense statement, so I suppose that could change at any moment.
