It's tough to tell what it actually is after hours. There are no actual T-trades in the OTC, but MMs can hide a sale all day long if they want, as long as they balance the books after close. Sometimes they hide those sells/buys and dump them into the middle of the day (or any time really) to stimulate movement up...or down...whatever it is they are wanting. That's where these big numbers come from sometimes. I wasn't basing my dilution comment on that one transaction, as you can never tell for sure what it was...or at least I can't with ETrade Pro L2...maybe someone else has a better product and can see more. One thing I know...even as a veteran trade who has paid my dues, there's always something new to learn.
