In what way was Sirius in "much worse shape" than NTEK? I respect your posting Zattnt but Sirius was and is a fully reporting NASDAQ listed company. So I'm not understanding what you mean. Possibly the SIRI O/S? Then and now? I mean NTEK has awesome things going with UltraFlix for starters but I'm just sayin'... when comparing to Sirius.
