I hope if they are waiting for Dave Foley to get out before they move forward and make any decisions, they will also wait and decide then not to do a R/S. We should see some very nice revenues by then and a R/S will not be needed and announce a buyback like Dave Foley did before he went away.
Sirius survived without a R/S and they were in much worst shape then NTEK.
NTEK has a much much greater potential with a global market compare to Sirius.
