I think you underestimate the level of scrutiny the gaming industry imposes. Part of the process is use the payroll to determine who needs a license. If he was a paid employee, he would need a license, which is not possible. So o do work for ntgl they would have to pay him under the table, and I seriously doubt that he is going to be interested in committing tax fraud, especially while he is on parole.

I do not mean to be contrarian, but saying that he is going to be employed by ntgl in any capacity is a little like saying that he is going to be the first man to walk on Pluto. It is just not in the cards.
