Well we know the SEC fined Curt Kramer before and Seth Kramer was barred from doing anymore HUD financings which caused FINRA to label him a "bad apple". So there's a pretty good chance both those regulatory agencies have been keeping an eye on them. Wouldn't want to be in the Kramer boys shoes when this all blows up in their face. All the money and lawyers they have will mean nothing to these agencies.
