I believe and just guessing but there is a 2 week time limit on shorting prior to the execution of loans and then throughout the entire loan process. I'm pretty sure that retrieving any records from brokers would be out of the scope of discovery and they would need regulatory agencies to get involved. Prison time may be in someone's future lol just saying
