Alan I agree, agree, and agree some more. Definitely the way to go with the direct communication. It is very hard for a CEO ( especially an inexperienced CEO we currently have running the show) to completely ignore or reject out of hand a valid request from SH's
I have sent dozens of emails to Jeff Foley and other individuals in management and Jeff has never once replied directly back to my personal EM but he has quickly responded back most of the time to my concerns via a SH letter. I doubt if he would actually reply back to one individual SH with any concrete future company plans. As you know as CEO he would need to address all SH's.
I have previously received replies from others in NTEK management ie Dave F and Aaron T but unfortunately those two are no longer with us.
A petition of some sort with hundreds of signatures would most likely come across as more professional and focused than simply flooding his inbox with Emails but someone would need to volunteer to draw it up and take in the signatures.
