I have written two emails to Mr. Foley pleading with him not to do a reverse split but to consider alternatives. So far, I have not received any response. My suggestion to all here is to inundate him with emails so that it is very clear the shareholders are begging him not to go through with any reverse split. The reverse split may work for him by solving his immediate problem but taking the easy way out does not work for those who have invested in the company.
Where are the audits that were promised, where are our NTGL shares and who are the principals of Royal Capital and what are the terms of the deal that was struck. I continue to support the company but loyalty is a two way street. Go NTEK!!!
