Right. What's the point of increasing the A/S if you plan to do an R/S very soon? Unless, of course, the R/S is further away than we think. If that's the case, then management shouldn't have announced the R/S. It should have waited to announce the R/S until it is ready to do it. This would have minimized the pain and frustration for shareholders.
