Alan, excellent work! Open communication is the way to go with NTEK. As I have previously stated posting on this board is great for exchanging ideas between NTEK SH's but if you really want to get your point across to the company (where it really counts) you have to speak to them directly.
I agree as well with the points you made in your letter to Jeff Foley.
