This would be my hope! Damages recovered from KBM will be huge compared to the PLN lawsuit. I would hope HJOE press for trial. It would not take much during discovery to build a overwhelming case against KBM, select individuals and brokers supporting this scam played out on Wall St. More and more public companies have fallen pray to these loan sharks. Now, it has caught the attention of SEC, news media and many other companies. I would not be surprised to see more litigation like the 50M suit again Magna. Unsuspecting companies my file suits that go back 2 -3 years against the Wall St. loan sharks.
