A judge/mediator asking if the parties can come to settlement, HJOE more then likely saying no and presenting argument and a trial date set for later in the year with jury selection prior along with HJOE discovery. I then expected KBM to fold their tents and settle sans convertible shares and HJOE to retain an auditor and begin the process of becoming financially current and healthy. Of course that's my wish. Never seems to work that way with court though.
