I'm not a fly on the wall in Bill's office, either in the US or in China, so I'm not privy to what discussions are taking place, but it is IMO there won't be a buyout anytime in the future. Bill has cornered an apparent niche in the market and he would want to take $TPAC as far as possible as an independent company.
