Bill mensioned before IR confirmed ,that buyback program is on the list,max 20% of funds are intended to help stock also, if just 10% of funding is use for buyback program at present price its more then half of O/S shares but i guess first they will have to report all details of funding then price will spike fast before huge buyout .
