This is not a slam, but they will not put a person with a felony conviction in as CEO or as a company officer. I believe it would make things more difficult for the company to get things done from a business standpoint. I think it get unwanted attention from the SEC. I also think Dave knows this.

However, I speculate that Dave will be the driving force that will move the company forward from a technical standpoint. That is where his true expertise is.

Dave is a smart man and will probably more than likely let the folks who excel at the business side do just that so he can focus his abilities where they will do the most good for the company. JMHO
