I agree. It looks like it something to do with renegotiating some of the outstanding convertible debt notes. I believe the process is quietly moving forward.
There aren't actually many shares involved in that Form 13G / A either - a few minutes worth of trading at current levels when the ask gets slapped like it did today - or worth a lot more to the beneficial holders if they wait for multiple pennies later on.
It will certainly get interesting if this has been shorted. The selling into the .0003s going back a few days didn't make sense and the bashers have continued to get paid to post nonsense the whole time it has been quiet - even when almost nobody else was posting except for amusement value.
