I'm not sure where John M. Fife fits in here. He is the signer on the 13g/a filed today. This filing appears to be a re-statement of the Jan. 9, 2015 Form 13g and may be a means of establishing his/their position as convertible debt holders as the process of reverse merger moves forward.
Hey, part of the process is dealing with the existing convertible debt of the public shell in grooming it for the r/m.
This tells me there IS a process underway eventhough the parties are in a quiet mode. If nothing was going on, Fife wouldn't have made his presence known.
I think things are going to get very interesting around here.
