if roy was savvy (and i think he is), he would have placed his short position bet ahead of the news of the lawsuit today. even if the suit has no merit he can still profit on the short bet.
i had a beer drinking college buddy who was a lawyer. he would file suits on my behalf and counter claims at no cost...well, for the price of beer...and he would send out demand letters and cause all sorts of pandemonium, even when its baseless to do so. thats what lawyers do. i wouldn't be surprised if that is all this is. roy has nothing to loose by doing it, and david seeburger will file for a motion to dismiss, and in a few weeks or months a judge will look at it, and if its not dismissed more paperwork will be filled by both parites, and in a year or more this might actually go before a judge.
in no way will this impact day to day operations of RMH in the short term.
todays price drop was going to happen anyway, IMO, but its almost like it was choreographed.
