In my opinion RMHB has done nothing wrong. It looks like Roy Meadows was unhappy with the deal he struck with the company and when the company went to court to stop him from dumping and dropping the stock price he counter sued. I don't see any merrit in his counter suit. I believe this to be an exceptional buying opportunity.
