Your quote
"On the other hand you are complaining only one side is being told, but you nor anyone is posting this "alleged" easily accessible information. "
This is in litigation right? I would assume the questions you want to know or something similar will be asked by council on either side right? So why not let it play out? Why the constant requests for answers to" your" questions. Why the constant bashing of seafarers integrity? Are you legal council in this case? Is this information pertinent to your presentation to the judge?
Isn't a blog supposed to be an place to voice an opinion. You want to turn this into a court case with all your superhero research and facts demanding answers from who? Maybe no one on this blog knows the answers to your questions. The company surely does BUT we agree it would not be wise to blog the answers right now during pending litigation...
You post the same questions over and over with no avail. Again we have to assume your apparent concern is for who? The stockholders? To protect your current investment in the stock? Or are you just using your time wisley to make a buck causing a dump and purchasing more of an up and coming stock? As a fellow shareholder I appreciate your concern about the company we invested in. Let's let this play out. We all have time it's been years and years already.
