I'm honored by your praises. Superhero Research Dude.....
Fair enough, but according to SFRX this info is readily available. On the one hand SFRX says the Defendant didn't do his due diligence and made false claims.
On the other hand you are complaining only one side is being told, but you nor anyone is posting this "alleged" easily accessible information.
Oh, but one poster said he talked with the company's archaeologist and he confirmed the Captain's wife's name and the gold coins. Pssst....but it was NOT the archaeologist that is leading the current project.
One would think that info would be in the final report if the LLC was going to the next area. That report would have been compiled by Jim Sinclair.
So what happens to the "alleged" salvage agreements for the current site? Or can posters not tell SFRX's side because of pending litigation?
Thanks again for the flattering words. That was sweet.

You ask questions you already know you can't get the answers to. You expect answers when all of this is pending litigation right now? Do you really think any attorney would allow his clients to defend their position on a blog?during pending depositions?... Whaaat. All questions will be answered with time. Years and years have already passed. It's ancient news.
