What I don't see anyone mentioning. It's not just about this loan with KBM or who ends up owing who. If HJOE loses they will owe KBM. While if KBM loses not only is there money involved but the Kramer brothers will be facing criminal felony charges. If it's proven KBM was manipulating the stock to enhance their profits the SEC may well become involved since the Kramer brothers have done hundreds of these loans with many companies. The SEC could fine them $millions, or even force the Kramer's to turn over all their illegal profits from market manipulation. For what a relatively small sum from HJOE.

Now I might not be as bright as IGOW (LOL). But the risk/reward ratio for KBM in this trial SUCKS for the Kramer boys.
