Do you honestly think a jury of any kind will agree with KBM that they were damaged by HJOE because they didn't pay $2000 per day and 140% interest AFTER converting shares and making however much profit?? It sounds so ludicrous I think I need IG to answer this from liehole. I'm sure he'd put a logical spin on it. I know court is a crap shoot, but this one, on the surface, looks like a slam dunk settlement in our favor.
