I agree with both parts of your statement. Yes, undercutting product to make sales is free market trade and American ingenuity. As people are becoming aware of the products (demand) retailers will find a source (supply) for their customers.
There have been a few dealers setup chain accounts in which some stores are not in a dealer territory. In that case the dealer can arrange in store delivery as long as SMS approves these accounts. If a dealer is servicing 12 store that are under negotiation to a prospective new dealer than the stated 5% on contract applies once the territory is sold.
