I see your point but I think I agree with you in part. If this individual is undercutting the dealer in a protected territory then yes I would say that's a big problem. Take 6 hr, I could go to different locations and they are marked from 3.99 to 2.99. So clearly one store is trying to undercut the others. To me this is an indication that people want the product and are taking it upon themselves to find it and place it in their stores. One of our dealers said the other day that one of his customers has stores outside of his area and was taking product from one location and placing it in another.
