I respectfully disagree....
There are fortune 500 companies that don't deliver on 100% of what they plan to do.
NTEK has done a reasonably good job on delivering on what they have said over the past 8 months or so.
Also, business circumstances change, requiring flexibility in planning and the ability to modify things as the situation dictates. What made sense 6 months ago might not make sense in the present.... JMHO
