Winston, with all due respect, to *quote* what the company has said in the past that they *will* do... is such a hard pill to swallow.... as they have had a tough row delivering... Now with that being said... they have delivered on approx 90% of what came out of the share holder meeting Aug 2015.... so they do deliver..just not on 100% of what they say... discouraging at best...
