hahaha. That's epic. #21 is the reason why TDEY shareholders own no part of Oak River. Keep in mind that I have not said one bad thing about Kent Linduff or Oak River, NOT ONE. I have merely stated that Linduff wants Oak River out of TDEY and that has probably happened already. He wiped his hands of it and initiated a lawsuit against THE COMPANY. No one sues a company that they want to move forward. Linduff's attorney even refers to the president of 3D Entertainment as being Eddie Vakser (right in the petition). Linduff also refused to put out year end financials and TDEY is now a delinquent non-filer. It does not get more obvious that Oak River is gone. Am I sorry to see this outcome, of course I am. I spent more time on the DD here than anybody.

Now let's get to the pole sucker part: I walked out 13 long TDEY shareholders one by one from .0004 all the way down to .0002. There was an unregistered self-appointed stock promoter of TDEY who brick walled me against a handful of the longs. Therefore, I could not reach out to them. Sadly, anyone left holding TDEY shares truly needs to wait for a hot air pump to get the hell out because it is going nowhere. The end game is either abandoned or in Eddie Vakser's hands. Both suck terribly and are the worst fag breath that one could want. Keep in mind, I did not create this TDEY mess. It just smelled really wrong after 60 days of FINRA refusing to process a name change which is a piddly corporate action. I am sorry that you lost your investment. Channel the anger towards someone who deserves it and truly earned it like Eddie Vakser or that stock promoter who disseminated false information about the status of Oak River for at least 2 months.
