If any alphabet agency is involved then this will proceed at the speed of government. Which is not very fast. Patience is a commodity in short supply, but it's going to be what an investor needs to keep from going crazy with anticipation. We can imagine all sorts of terrible things when we hear something that goes bump in the night, and this isn't just a little noise. We're being deluged with all manner of speculation based on, at best, an incomplete picture. Quantity does NOT equal quality when it comes to information and our best source of information is Kent, who simply can't tell us what we want to know right now.
Think about this though. If Kent hadn't been serious about getting the name changed and proceeding according to his business plan then he never would have started the ball rolling on this investigation. If he has no interest in TDEY, or responsibilities to the shareholders, or morals, then it would have been much easier on him to just walk away and buy another shell. Why is he putting himself through all this if he doesn't have to? Why is he still taking calls and subjecting himself to the questioning of shareholders? Why is he still trying to answer what questions he can even though he's hindered by a gag order? Why does he care? These are not the actions of a man who walked out or intends to walk out in the near future.
Remember, you haven't lost any money until you sell at a loss.
I'm going to sit here, with my shares, and wait for what happens. Everything will be clear in time. It won't be a short time but I'm still waiting.
