Question answered: I just learned from two posters (different forum) that ETrade does not give problems with CAPV
In any case this might also explain the recent and totally untypical sells down to 0.004....someone with 200K figured in panic(without calling a broker like Fidelity)that "Hey I cannot buy" so trading is jeopardized that the stock will drop - so I will sell all on the Bid"
In any case lets hope some (that can) will buy, possibly buy some on the ask (now the spread is lower than before) or someone with big positions does tiny ask slapping to get going again.
