Crazy...Fidelity brokerage has stopped to accept buy orders for CAPV...but upon calls all the levels up they have no reason other than saying there is a risk associated and thus categorized....that there is no negative or missing information to the ticker but just the trading pattern has it evaluated as only a sell but not a buy permitted stock
Anyone can check with other brokers (TA, Etrade, etc.) please and get info?
