In late Feb, $3M came in - so it did come in before.
And the same investor contractually agreed to give us another $5M upon an increase to the A/S.
And if the price goes above $0.40, that same investor will give us another $5M when they exercise their warrants.
That's $13M total.
We just need the ESS trial to start and wow everyone.
Nothing is magically appearing. It is all memorialized in contracts that are attached to SEC filings.
