That could lead one to believe that McHenry does not have the financial documentation to support filing Annual reports since then because he has not.
If he has submitted what he had to an attorney and the attorney would not validate the information with an attorney's letter McHenry would not submit the annual filing.
This could very well be the reason that there has been no Annual filing for 2014 and 2015.
Again I wish to point out that the last filing that came with an attorney letter does not show any of the revenue that many here are referring to (the 12 million).
It's too bad that those revenues could not be validated by McHenry completting an annual report including them and getting an attorneys letter for it. It would go a long way to supporting the zeal of the DUTV hopeful.
