So BGL has nothing and has had nothing for quite some time...as we've known.
So as long as they appeal to the lower courts then they avoid the write down? Guess it shouldn't matter as MSJ clearly owns the titles and its up to them to attract the interest of a big miner...
Concerning the embargoes,were they put in place to block MSJ from any operations or just the opposite to block BGL for instance?
